Teachers Valentines Gift Idea - the best valentines gifts

Okay, let me just start by saying...these notepads are a stinkin HIT no matter the occasion! They make the best Valentines gifts but also a great gift for Birthdays, stocking stuffers, to celebrate a move or the start of a new job. They are truly so versatile. We gifted them to teachers last year for Valentines Day, and I didn't hesitate a moment to order them again for our teachers valentines gift this year!

This is what the notepads look like. You're able to completely customize the word(s), the text color way, size of the notepad, and whether or not you prefer lines or no lines in the writing space.

Wanna dress them up with festive ribbon?

Check below for a step by step of how i wrap practically all the packages that leave my hands!

ITEMS NEEDED:

  • scissors

  • ribbons (with different widths)

Here are a few i love:

1. Velvet ribbon

2. Chiffon ribbon

3. Glitter stars wired ribbon

4. Hearts ribbon

5. blush pink yarn

  • festive heart picks or tags

I typically use three ribbons to wrap a package, it not only adds fullness but adds a difference in texture. Take the largest ribbon, wrap it around your notepad, and knot it.

The next step it trimming this large ribbon to give it more of a finished look. fold the ends in half length ways and trim at an angle.

Grab yourself another ribbon, this one being slightly smaller than the LARGE ribbon that you just used. This second ribbon is going to be tied around, in the same direction, but this time you wont only knot the top, but you'll make a cute little bow.

The third ribbon is typically one with a bit of sparkle, or pizzaz compared to the bottom two. In this case, wired star ribbon is what I chose.

Take the skinniest ribbon of the three, and wrap it again around the notepad in the same direction. This third ribbon will also be finished into a bow. The wired ribbon helps to add a but of height to the notepad.

I finished it off with a wooden heart pick to fit the valentines theme. You can find SO many cute finishing items like this at the dollar tree. Ive even been known to use a cute hair clip or two even. ;) I feel like they just add that little extra something to the top.
