Toddler Boys Easter Basket Gift Guide

Easter is such a special holiday for our family. And although the true meaning of easter is the reason that we celebrate, the touch of easter bunny magic adds such fun childhood memories.

When building our kiddos Easter baskets, I lean toward the side of practical. I use the holiday as the seasonal pivoting point, gearing up for summer festivities. (even though April in Oregon is still At LEAST 2 months out from sunshine lol)

The Staples of the baskets are:

1. A swim suit, This checkered suit from Target is so sweet!

2. New Summer Sandals. CROCS are a big deal at our house. My son would wear nothing else last summer. Which was fine by this mama! Quick to get on and off, can get wet, come clean in a cinch... need i say more?

3. Sunglasses if needed

4. and A new summer hat if needed, This boys Straw hat is SO CUTE! Look at this old photo of T... He was stinkin ADORABLE in it.

The rest of the basket, is typically fun new accessories, or items that can be used going into summer! Think new chalk, bubbles, water games, outdoor activities etc. I did find this bunny fart cotton candy that I know by 3 year old is going to think is a riot! Since we are in Oregon, I do try to include some coloring books, or a small toy that works indoors till the rain ceases. Heres a few other things we love!

Velcro Toss | PokADot Book | Dino Bubble Gun | Sticker Book | Dinosaur Garden | Chalk | Stripped Trunks | Wiggler Divers | HeyDudes | CROC charms

I hope this gives you a bit of inspiration outside of the normal Easter Bunny Candy Craze! Happy Basket stuffing Friends!
